Hokkaido winter private transfers
Plan a winter transfer between New Chitose Airport and Sapporo, or from either origin to Niseko / Kutchan, Furano, Asahikawa or Noboribetsu. Choose your route first, then confirm the vehicle for your passengers, bags and snow equipment.
Routes and vehicle fares
This is a fixed point-to-point transfer, not a 10-hour sightseeing charter. Base fares are per vehicle, one way, and the same in either direction. Book a return journey separately.
The transfer fare includes driver service, fuel, tolls and parking. Airport pickup includes a name-board meet-and-greet.
A JPY 2,000 surcharge per vehicle applies from 22:00 (inclusive) to 06:00 (exclusive). Extra waiting and additional child seats can add to the total. Booking shows the fare for your time, vehicle quantity and requirements.
HAFI winter dates: Dec 15, 2026 – Feb 28, 2027, inclusive. These dates apply to the listed HAFI products, independently of resort opening dates or other operators.
Japan time: before 17:00, the earliest online booking is for tomorrow; from 17:00, it is for the day after tomorrow. Same-day online bookings are unavailable.

A private transfer suits travellers who want their airport meeting and accommodation journey arranged before flying, especially when moving children, suitcases and ski bags through changes would be difficult. A direct resort bus can still be a good choice for a family whose stop and luggage allowance fit.
Your destination and airport meeting
Airport ↔ Sapporo
Choose the airport route for an address in Sapporo City, with the correct domestic or international terminal. It is separate from the resort routes.
Niseko / Kutchan and other winter destinations
The resort routes pair Sapporo City or New Chitose Airport with the named destination municipality. They do not cover arbitrary transfers across Hokkaido. Enter the full accommodation address, including the municipality.
Pickup near New Chitose: Niseko route only
Niseko / Kutchan transfers also accept eligible vehicle-accessible pickup points within 5 km of the New Chitose domestic terminal. We verify the place and road access; Chitose City as a whole is not covered. The 5 km limit is a straight-line radius from the domestic terminal, not road distance. The booking form must verify the exact place and driving access in both directions; a hotel name or an address inside the circle alone does not confirm eligibility. This is a pickup at the confirmed address, not an airport arrival. Be ready at the booked time. Airport name-board greeting, flight tracking and the airport's 90-minute arrival waiting policy do not apply. Confirm any waiting arrangements with HAFI.
Declare the whole winter load
Before booking, give HAFI the passenger count, number and dimensions of suitcases, and the number and length of ski or snowboard bags. Include strollers and child-seat needs so HAFI can confirm the actual configuration.
Plan for changing conditions
Allow winter-road margin in both directions. For flight delays or disrupted travel, contact HAFI promptly using your booking contact details. Any change needs confirmation; the published fare does not establish a weather refund or alternative-route arrangement.
Choose for passengers and the complete load
Toyota Alphard

- Most comfortable for 3–4 passengers
- Luggage space is limited with 5–6 passengers
Toyota Hiace
- Up to 9 passengers; recommended for larger groups, extra luggage, or multiple child seats.
Luggage capacity depends on passenger numbers, bag sizes and child-seat installation. Request confirmation of your actual configuration; no fixed suitcase count is guaranteed.
Passenger limits do not establish how many ski bags fit. Give HAFI the number and length of each equipment bag, suitcase dimensions and any child-seat needs before booking.
Plan the return journey too
Work backwards from your airline’s check-in deadline at the correct terminal, then add the hotel-to-stop connection, the full airport journey and extra winter-road margin. Do not use a scheduled bus arrival or an optimistic driving time as your check-in time. Book a separate return transfer early; if conditions change, use the contact details in your arrangements to discuss the journey with HAFI.

Airport waiting: 90 minutes for pickup, 30 for drop-off
For airport pickup, 90 complimentary minutes start from the later of the booked pickup time or actual flight arrival. Flight delays do not reduce this period. For airport drop-off, 30 complimentary minutes start from the scheduled pickup time.
For airport transfers, waiting beyond the complimentary period costs JPY 2,000 per 30 minutes.
Payment is required to confirm your reservation
Submit a booking request, then pay securely through Square before the displayed deadline. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
The payment deadline is the later of 48 hours before scheduled pickup and 30 minutes after the booking request is created. A booking close to departure may allow only 30 minutes to pay. Follow the exact deadline shown on your order; this is separate from the cancellation policy.
Full refund when cancelled at least 48 hours before pickup
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, including exactly 48 hours, for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
Child seats: request in advance; confirmation is required
One child seat per vehicle is free upon request. Additional seats in the same vehicle cost JPY 2,000 each. Request in advance; availability and installation conditions must be confirmed. Requests in Notes are not confirmed arrangements.
