Tokyo Snow Private Transfer
HAFI Transfer provides seasonal private winter transfers from the Tokyo side—Tokyo mainland or Narita Airport—to Niigata Prefecture, Gunma Prefecture and Nagano Prefecture. Choose a private vehicle with a driver for a one-way journey, including the reverse direction, within the published winter service period.
Winter service period: Dec 15, 2026 – Feb 28, 2027 (inclusive). This is a seasonal product; choose a service date within this period.
Routes and current prices
Base fares are per vehicle, one way, with the same route fare in either direction. A ¥2,000 late-night/early-morning surcharge applies from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Booking shows the total for your selected time and requirements.

From the Tokyo side to the snow prefectures
One endpoint must be in Tokyo mainland or at Narita Airport, and the other in the selected snow prefecture. This is a point-to-point transfer, not the standard 10-hour sightseeing charter. Enter both full addresses in the selected Booking route to confirm the service-area pairing.
Planning a winter journey
Choose the prefecture that contains your accommodation or destination. Share your luggage and bulky equipment requirements with HAFI before travel so the vehicle fit can be checked. Allow extra journey time for winter weather and road conditions; travel time is not guaranteed.
One-way and return bookings
The route's vehicle fare is the same in either direction. A return journey is another one-way booking. Choose the travel date and departure time, then enter the precise pickup and drop-off addresses for each journey.
Vehicles, passengers and luggage
Toyota Alphard
- Up to 6 passengers
- Most comfortable for 3–4 passengers
- Luggage space is limited with 5–6 passengers
Toyota Hiace
- Up to 9 passengers; recommended for larger groups, extra luggage, or multiple child seats.
Choose with passenger count, luggage size, child seats and bulky items together. Tell HAFI about luggage, strollers or winter equipment before travel; a fixed suitcase capacity is not promised.

Parking includes airport parking where an airport pickup applies. Personal expenses are not part of the vehicle transfer fare.
Before you book
Airport pickup waiting, where applicable
Your complimentary 90-minute waiting time starts from whichever is later: your booked pickup time or the flight's actual arrival time. This means a flight delay will not reduce your complimentary waiting time.
Airport drop-off waiting, where applicable
For airport drop-off bookings, the 30-minute complimentary waiting period starts from the scheduled pickup time. If you expect a delay, please contact us as early as possible.
Child seats
One child seat per vehicle is free upon request. Additional seats in the same vehicle cost JPY 2,000 each. Request in advance; availability and installation conditions must be confirmed. Requests in Notes are not confirmed arrangements. Note: Under Japanese law, licensed taxi and hire-car services may be exempt from the child-seat requirement in certain circumstances. For children's safety, we still recommend using a child seat.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, including exactly 48 hours, for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
How to book your transfer
Use “Book this route” in the price table. Enter your date, time and exact addresses, select a vehicle and passenger count, and provide contact details and any child-seat or luggage requests. Review the booking details before submitting.
Submitting the form sends a booking request; it does not confirm your reservation. Please complete payment through Square before the displayed deadline. Your reservation is confirmed after payment has been successfully received and verified.
