Routes and vehicle fares
This is a fixed point-to-point transfer, not a 10-hour sightseeing charter. Base fares are per vehicle, one way, and the same in either direction. Book a return journey separately.
The transfer fare includes driver service, fuel, tolls and parking. Airport pickup includes a name-board meet-and-greet.
A JPY 2,000 surcharge per vehicle applies from 22:00 (inclusive) to 06:00 (exclusive). Extra waiting and additional child seats can add to the total. Booking shows the fare for your time, vehicle quantity and requirements.
Japan time: before 17:00, the earliest online booking is for tomorrow; from 17:00, it is for the day after tomorrow. Same-day online bookings are unavailable.

Choose a private ride when a precise hotel destination, fewer changes and advance pickup arrangements make the journey easier. With manageable luggage and a convenient station or direct bus stop, public transport may be the better use of your budget.
Your destination and airport meeting
Tokyo’s 23 wards
The current Tokyo route covers addresses within the 23 wards. Choose the hotel’s full address rather than a generic Tokyo destination; addresses elsewhere require confirmation.
Tokyo Disney Resort area
The same Haneda product serves the approved Disney area. A Tokyo Station public-transport fare is not a fare to a Disney hotel. Enter the actual resort hotel or destination in Booking.
Arrival meeting
Airport pickup includes a name-board meet-and-greet. Give the correct flight and terminal; use the meeting location in your booking arrangements rather than assuming the public taxi stand is your pickup point.
Flight delays and late arrivals
Contact HAFI promptly about a flight delay. Arrangements can be reviewed where possible. Book before travelling: online booking does not offer a same-day car after you land.
Choose for passengers and the complete load
Toyota Alphard

- Luggage space is limited with 5–6 passengers
Toyota Hiace
- Up to 9 passengers; recommended for larger groups, extra luggage, or multiple child seats.
Luggage capacity depends on passenger numbers, bag sizes and child-seat installation. Request confirmation of your actual configuration; no fixed suitcase count is guaranteed.
HAFI-confirmed Haneda passenger and luggage examples
Yes—an Alphard can fit 4 passengers and four 28-inch suitcases. Yes—HAFI has confirmed that one HiAce can carry 8 passengers and 8 large suitcases. Yes—9 passengers and nine 28-inch suitcases have travelled together in one HiAce, verified in actual HAFI operations.
For 2 adults, 2 children, 2 child seats and 1 stroller, Alphard with 2 large suitcases is a conditional option with reduced legroom; HiAce with 4 large suitcases is a HAFI-confirmed option.
Alphard with 6 passengers and three 28-inch suitcases, or 2 adults, 2 children, 2 child seats, 2 large suitcases and 1 stroller, is conditional and reduces legroom. These are not comfortable full-load configurations.
These are specific single-vehicle examples, not a guarantee for different suitcase sizes or extra bags. Suitcase size, stroller size and child-seat installation affect fit. Tell HAFI your full load, including additional items and whether your stroller folds; confirm full loads or different combinations before booking. Single-vehicle examples do not guarantee multi-vehicle arrangements.
Plan the return journey too
Check the terminal on your departing flight, then work backwards from airline check-in and bag-drop deadlines. Add the hotel-to-station or meeting-point journey and road or rail disruption margin. For a car, select Airport Drop-off and your hotel pickup time; the complimentary waiting period is not extra travel time to the airport.
Booking essentials

Airport waiting: 90 minutes for pickup, 30 for drop-off
For airport pickup, 90 complimentary minutes start from the later of the booked pickup time or actual flight arrival. Flight delays do not reduce this period. For airport drop-off, 30 complimentary minutes start from the scheduled pickup time.
For airport transfers, waiting beyond the complimentary period costs JPY 2,000 per 30 minutes.
Payment is required to confirm your reservation
Submit a booking request, then pay securely through Square before the displayed deadline. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
The payment deadline is the later of 48 hours before scheduled pickup and 30 minutes after the booking request is created. A booking close to departure may allow only 30 minutes to pay. Follow the exact deadline shown on your order; this is separate from the cancellation policy.
Full refund when cancelled at least 48 hours before pickup
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, including exactly 48 hours, for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
Child seats: request in advance; confirmation is required
One child seat per vehicle is free upon request. Additional seats in the same vehicle cost JPY 2,000 each. Request in advance; availability and installation conditions must be confirmed. Requests in Notes are not confirmed arrangements.
