Arriving at a Shinjuku hotel
Shinjuku Station serves a large hotel and business district. A hotel near the station can still be on a different side from the exit you expect. Enter the full hotel name and address so your transfer is planned to the property rather than a generic station location.
Plan your exact destination
For hotels around Nishi-Shinjuku or the east side of the station, use the property's actual address. Tell HAFI if you need a particular entrance or have bulky luggage; the meeting and stopping point follows the booking arrangements and vehicle access.

After a flight, a direct ride can suit families carrying a stroller or several bags who would otherwise need to navigate Shinjuku's station exits. Public transport remains an option; compare it with the convenience of travelling directly to your hotel.
Address eligibility and your fare
These destinations are within Tokyo's 23 wards. Choose a suggestion for your real hotel or address to confirm eligibility. Tokyo23 and eligible Disney-area addresses currently share the same Haneda fare. Disney eligibility does not extend to all of Urayasu. Unsupported or unconfirmed addresses cannot proceed to Review; contact HAFI for help with your destination.
Airport pickup and flight monitoring
Arrive at your booked Haneda terminal → meet your driver with a name board in the designated arrivals area → go to your vehicle → travel directly to your confirmed destination. We monitor the flight information you provide. Refer to your booking arrangements for the exact meeting point and contact HAFI promptly if the flight changes.
Airport pickup waiting
Your complimentary 90-minute waiting time starts from whichever is later: your booked pickup time or the flight's actual arrival time. This means a flight delay will not reduce your complimentary waiting time.
Shinjuku to Haneda: return transfers
For Shinjuku to Haneda, select Airport Drop-off and enter your hotel pickup address. Choose your departure terminal and leave time for road traffic, airport check-in and security. For airport drop-off bookings, the 30-minute complimentary waiting period starts from the scheduled pickup time. If you expect a delay, please contact us as early as possible.
Child seats
One child seat per vehicle is free upon request. Additional seats in the same vehicle cost JPY 2,000 each. Request in advance; availability and installation conditions must be confirmed. Requests in Notes are not confirmed arrangements. Note: Under Japanese law, licensed taxi and hire-car services may be exempt from the child-seat requirement in certain circumstances. For children's safety, we still recommend using a child seat.
Luggage and vehicle fit
Choose a vehicle using passenger count, luggage quantity and size, stroller and child-seat requirements together. Alphard suits couples, families and smaller groups; Hiace offers more room for larger groups or bulky luggage. No fixed suitcase count is guaranteed. Booking and payment
Choose your trip → enter the actual address and trip details → select vehicle, quantity and passengers → review and submit your booking request → complete Square payment before the displayed deadline. Your reservation is confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
