Skyliner or a private ride to your Ueno hotel?

Keisei Skyliner runs between Narita Airport and Keisei-Ueno via Nippori, with reserved seating and a separate limited-express ticket. It can suit travellers whose hotel is convenient to Keisei-Ueno and who can manage their bags for the final walk. For onward JR travel, compare changing at Nippori with arriving at Keisei-Ueno; Keisei-Ueno and JR Ueno are separate stations. A private transfer instead takes your group to the confirmed road address, with a per-vehicle fare rather than individual rail tickets. Check the current train timetable and your hotel's station directions before deciding.

Ueno station sides and hotel access

A stay near Ueno Park or Keisei-Ueno is a different final destination from a hotel in Higashi-Ueno or near Okachimachi. Use the hotel's own address and entrance instructions rather than a generic Ueno pin. If you are continuing by JR, specify the station or facility entrance and leave time to move bags to the platform; the transfer does not include station assistance.

Book airport pickup or the return to Narita

Narita is preselected by the booking link. For arrivals, choose Airport Pickup and provide your flight, terminal and hotel destination. For Ueno to Narita, select Airport Drop-off in Booking. Enter your actual hotel pickup address, choose the departure terminal and allow time for road traffic, check-in and security. Hotel and city pickups, including airport drop-off: 30-minute complimentary waiting from scheduled pickup time. Review the final fare, submit the request and complete Square payment before the displayed deadline. The reservation is confirmed only after payment is received and verified.

Children, strollers and luggage

Plan passenger count, suitcase sizes, stroller and child seats together. Alphard carries up to 6 passengers; Hiace carries up to 9 and can suit groups with more luggage. No fixed suitcase count is guaranteed. Confirm bulky items and vehicle fit with HAFI before travel. The first child seat in each vehicle is free. Each additional seat in the same vehicle is ¥2,000. Select the quantity you need; the fee is included in your total and paid together.

Cancellation policy

Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, including exactly 48 hours, for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
