Child seats are available upon advance request. HAFI arranges a suitable child seat based on your child's requirements and the confirmed vehicle arrangement. The photos show examples of child seats owned by HAFI. Specific brands, models, styles and colours cannot be guaranteed.

For eligible Tokyo and Kansai online bookings, choose the number of child seats for each vehicle in Booking. The additional-seat charge is included in the Booking/Review total and paid together with the transfer. Special requirements still need individual confirmation.

For eligible Narita and Haneda online bookings, the current per-vehicle selection limit is 2 seats in an Alphard or 3 seats in a Hiace. These quantity limits do not guarantee a particular seat category or that every combination of passengers, bags and strollers fits.

For other regions, contact HAFI to confirm arrangements. Online child-seat selection is not offered for Hokkaido. Children count as passengers.

How to arrange child seats for your journey

  1. STEP 1

    Choose your route and vehicle

    Start with Narita or Haneda, and enter your real hotel address, every passenger and all luggage.

  2. STEP 2

    Request the needed seats

    Select the quantity for each vehicle in Booking. Add special requirements in Booking notes or contact HAFI before completing your reservation.

  3. STEP 3

    Confirm the arrangement

    HAFI checks your requirements, available equipment and vehicle fit. Specific brands, models, styles and colours are not guaranteed. Contact HAFI before booking if a particular arrangement is essential.

Alphard or Hiace for your family?

Both are private transfer options. Alphard may suit a smaller party with manageable luggage; Hiace is often worth considering for multiple children, several child seats, a stroller or larger bags. Passenger limits do not guarantee luggage fit. Share the complete load before booking.

Child seat questions, answered

Yes. Request the number of child seats your party needs ahead of travel. HAFI must confirm the available equipment, suitability and vehicle fit. Contact HAFI before booking if a particular arrangement is essential.

Consider every passenger, child-seat needs, suitcase quantity and dimensions, and the folded stroller size together. Alphard may suit a smaller load; consider Hiace for a larger party or bulkier luggage. Ask HAFI to confirm fit before booking if unsure. Children count as passengers.

Share the complete luggage quantity and dimensions, plus your stroller's folded size, before booking. Child seats and passengers affect the available space. Neither the vehicle's passenger capacity nor the online child-seat limit guarantees luggage fit.

Request your seats when planning the reservation, and share special requirements as early as possible. HAFI checks your request, available equipment and vehicle fit. If a particular arrangement is essential, obtain confirmation before completing your reservation rather than waiting until arrival.

Eligible Tokyo and Kansai bookings offer online child-seat quantities where enabled. Contact HAFI for other regions and special arrangements. Online child-seat selection is not offered for Hokkaido. Do not assume a particular seat type is available for any date or route.

Your family's transfer, planned before arrival

Arrange your child-seat needs before the flight, and keep your luggage and stroller details ready. The transfer is confirmed after payment is received and verified in HAFI's existing booking process; child-seat arrangements remain subject to individual confirmation.
