How should your family book?

When does a private transfer help?
A planned car journey can reduce transport changes for families with young children, a stroller, several passengers or bulky bags—especially after a long-haul flight. It takes you to your supported hotel/address. If budget comes first and you have few passengers and light bags, public transport may be more economical.

Passenger count + luggage quantity and size + stroller + child-seat requirements determine suitability.
Toyota Alphard
Up to 6 passengers per vehicle
Consider it for a smaller family or group when your bags, stroller and child seats leave enough space.
For 6 passengers with three 28-inch suitcases, fit is conditional and legroom is reduced.
Toyota HiAce
Up to 9 passengers per vehicle
Consider it when there are more passengers, more bags or larger items.
More passenger seats still do not guarantee that every combination of luggage and child seats fits.

Alphard with 6 passengers and three 28-inch suitcases, or 2 adults, 2 children, 2 child seats, 2 large suitcases and 1 stroller, is conditional and reduces legroom. These are not comfortable full-load configurations.
HAFI operations confirms that all HiAce vehicles used for normal assignments have the same seating layout and luggage-space configuration as the vehicle used for the 9-passenger, nine-suitcase case.
These are specific single-vehicle examples, not a guarantee for different suitcase sizes or extra bags. Suitcase size, stroller size and child-seat installation affect fit. Tell HAFI your full load, including additional items and whether your stroller folds; confirm full loads or different combinations before booking. Single-vehicle examples do not guarantee multi-vehicle arrangements.

Bags, babies and strollers
For 2 adults, 2 children, 2 child seats and 1 stroller, Alphard with 2 large suitcases is a conditional option with reduced legroom; HiAce with 4 large suitcases is a HAFI-confirmed option.
Count every passenger, suitcase, shopping bag and folded stroller. Vehicle fit depends on luggage quantity and size as well as child-seat needs; passenger seats do not guarantee luggage space. Add these details in Booking notes, or contact HAFI before booking if unsure. Send a luggage photo through your chosen contact channel if it helps explain a bulky item.
For a baby or toddler, request the needed seat in advance and describe your folded stroller. Shopping bags and oversized items count too; no fixed stroller count is guaranteed.
Child seats: request ahead
One child seat per vehicle is free upon request. Additional seats in the same vehicle cost JPY 2,000 each. Request in advance; availability and installation conditions must be confirmed. Requests in Notes are not confirmed arrangements.
Tell HAFI your child-seat needs in Booking notes before travel so availability and vehicle fit can be confirmed.
What if one vehicle is not enough?
Book 1–3 vehicles of one selected type: for example, 2 Alphards or 2 HiAces. Booking supports a single vehicle type × quantity, not a mixed Alphard-and-HiAce order. Confirm the party and luggage split with HAFI if one vehicle may not fit.
Choose quantity in Booking and check it in Review. Two vehicles also mean splitting the party and bags; passenger capacity alone does not settle that arrangement.
Flight delay and immigration are different
What if my flight is delayed?
Your complimentary 90-minute waiting time starts from whichever is later: your booked pickup time or the flight's actual arrival time. This means a flight delay will not reduce your complimentary waiting time.
What if immigration or baggage collection is slow?
Immigration and baggage collection use the airport pickup waiting period; they do not start a separate allowance. The 90-minute period begins at the later of booked pickup time and actual flight arrival. Waiting is not unlimited. Contact HAFI promptly if you expect to take longer.
Your airport arrival, step by step
- 1. Arrive and collect bags
Enter your final arriving flight in Booking. Flight monitoring is included; allow for immigration and baggage collection.
- 2. Meet your driver
Airport Meet & Greet is included. Follow your pickup arrangements and contact HAFI promptly if delayed after landing.
- 3. Travel to your hotel
Go with your driver to the vehicle for a door-to-door transfer, where access is possible, without another train or bus change.
Per vehicle, one way—not per passenger
These are current base fares for Tokyo23 context. Quantity multiplies the selected vehicle fare; applicable surcharges and extra requests still apply. Booking and Review show the fare for your verified address and trip.

Choose your arriving airport, then your real address
Flying into Narita? Use the Narita entry. Flying into Haneda? Use Haneda. Both begin with Tokyo23 context, with no hotel address prefilled. Address validation determines Tokyo23, Disney or unsupported. Narita switches to the Disney fare for a supported Disney address; Haneda retains its combined Tokyo23/Disney fare. Unconfirmed or unsupported addresses require Contact HAFI.
