We monitor the flight information you provide. Your complimentary 90-minute waiting time starts from whichever is later: your booked pickup time or the flight's actual arrival time. This means a flight delay will not reduce your complimentary waiting time. If your flight is delayed, please contact HAFI as soon as possible so that we can adjust the arrangements and serve you more effectively.

Choose Airport Drop-off in Booking for your return journey from an eligible Disney-area hotel. For airport drop-off bookings, the 30-minute complimentary waiting period starts from the scheduled pickup time. If you expect a delay, please contact us as early as possible.

One child seat per vehicle is free upon request. Additional seats in the same vehicle cost JPY 2,000 each. Request in advance; availability and installation conditions must be confirmed. Requests in Notes are not confirmed arrangements. Note: Under Japanese law, licensed taxi and hire-car services may be exempt from the child-seat requirement in certain circumstances. For children's safety, we still recommend using a child seat.

For 2 adults, 2 children, 2 child seats and 1 stroller, Alphard with 2 large suitcases is a conditional option with reduced legroom; HiAce with 4 large suitcases is a HAFI-confirmed option. Alphard with 6 passengers and three 28-inch suitcases, or 2 adults, 2 children, 2 child seats, 2 large suitcases and 1 stroller, is conditional and reduces legroom. These are not comfortable full-load configurations. These are specific single-vehicle examples, not a guarantee for different suitcase sizes or extra bags. After submitting your booking request, complete online payment through Square before the displayed deadline. Your reservation is confirmed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Airport pickup includes a meet-and-greet service and complimentary 90-minute waiting time.

Additional waiting time is charged at JPY 2,000 per 30 minutes.

Services between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM are subject to a JPY 2,000 late-night and early-morning surcharge.

90-minute complimentary waiting starts from the later of the booked pickup time or actual flight arrival time. Flight delays do not reduce the complimentary waiting period.
